Riot has bots answering their Support email of complaints or Lazy staff. (Not cool Rito)

Hi I have had a problem that when i finish a game leaver buster puts me on low priority que. So I informed them about it and this is the response I got from reply 1. A week later the same thing happened to me so I created another support ticket with a screenshot that I finished a game and the message I got. Complained at riot that I am unfairly being punished and this is BS and that they should look into this error on leaver buster. And yet I got the same message as from reply 2. So its either Riot has bots running their support services or they have lazy staff that just copy and paste messages and just dont give a damn.
