Hextech Chest Issue?

Hello, Is there an issue with Hextech Chests being given out? I have a few times now managed to get S+,S-,S ranks and yet I have not gotten a Chest in a while even though the area in the Profile shows that I should be able to get them. https://gyazo.com/57933df3150a7436b0fb3b19e68702a1
