"Judgment (E) - [new effect] "Enemy champions hit by 4 spins lose 25% of their armor for 6 seconds."
The initial value they tried was 7% armour shred per spin, stacking 5 times and lasting 6 seconds (for a total of 35% armour shred).
Obviously that was a bit too much, but this current change seems really ineffective too.
Garen, besides autos, has two skills which deal physical damage, with the Q being fairly mediocre.
So just his E, applying after 4 spins the full 25% effect seems really silly, because you won't have much of a spin left to do after that - so the effect just seems really trivial to be added with that specific circumstance.
Why didn't they just do something like 4% armour shred per spin, stacking up to 5 times for 5 seconds. (total: 20%)
That way your spin gets incrementally stronger (if you hit the ticks) and you can finish with the Q to deal the maximum damage, the shred will help in team fights and it's not too ridiculous (20%).
Just my thoughts tbh.
