This is not a qq thread, but I want to point out a big flaw with this item. As some have seen on the PBE, xin is getting a nerf on his on-hit healing, because of sated devourer.
The problem is that from now on all on-hit related things that are available to junglers or champions that can obtain the item has to be balanced around the item. You should never balance something around an item. That leads to unnecassary balancing that restricts strategic options, and hurts the gameplay.
