New champ Idea!
Demaskus, Noxus` Terror.
Passive: Deal 1/2/4/8% of the targets current health in physical damage, this may only happen once in every 30 seconds.
Q: Deal bonus physical damage based on 110/120/130/140/150% of your bonus ad. Half the damage dealt is healed by yourself.
W: Stun an enemy for 0.75/1/1.5/1.75/2 seconds (25/50/75/100/125% bonus AD), dealing magic damage, also if the target is below half health, enemies around him get 50% of the damage dealt.
E: Get a movement speed boost (10/20/30/40/50%) for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds.
R: Demaskus forms in his own terror, getting 5/10/15% extra bonus health scaling on 10/20/25% of your bonus health you normally have.
Story:
Once upon a time Demaskus was a brilliant inventor, everyone loved him, but when he started to do something with alchemy, everything went wrong.
He made potion and turned himself into a true monster, he killed almost every citizen, but Demacia stood guard and defended the citizens.
He got locked up in a prison for 3 years and then he escaped, he found a path to a jungle. After 3 years people found him, it were the people of Noxus.
They armored him and gave him weapons, and if there was a war, they would win because of the beast.......
