THIS is the only part about janna that's fair.
ACTIVE: Janna summons a whirlwind at her current location which charges up over 3 seconds. Its range, damage, and Airborne icon knockup duration increase for each second it is left charging.
MINIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 35% AP)

At the end of the duration, or upon reactivation, the whirlwind launches itself in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through and Airborne icon knocking them up for 0.5 seconds, increased by 0.25 seconds for each second spent charging up to a maximum of 1.25 seconds.
Her q is the most aid's thing ive ever seen it does everything not even kidding.
Good for disingage, setting up a gank.
With the longest range on a skill shot ever plus the fact that it instantly stops any dash so any attempt's of coming closer who you may be (lb, lucian, vayne etc etc) are completly negated same goes for jungle gank's.
PASSIVE: While Zephyr is not on cooldown, Janna is aided by a wind elemental who Ghost ghosts her and grants her bonus movement speed.
MOVEMENT SPEED BONUS: 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 / 17% (+ 2% per 100 AP)
ACTIVE: Janna commands her wind elemental to attack the target enemy, dealing them magic damage and Slow icon slowing them for 3 seconds by an amount capped at 80%.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 115 / 170 / 225 / 280 (+ 50% AP)
SLOW: 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40% (+ 6% per 100 AP)
This is spell is pretty ok
REALLY REALLY good for setting up gank's because of the huge slow on it also really good for kiting if you have any type if champ that doesn't provide stun, slow.

Eye of the Storm can be used on turrets, causing Janna to be credited for any kills it earns while the shield holds.
This skill is the most broken spell to have ever existed on a supp.
So wait you get shielded and you get bonus ad????
So basicly this give's her adc a free item and guess what if you build full ap Janna this shit gives her adc 70+ ad, so its another free Vayne ult niceeeee.
If she places this one Vayne whilst she has her ult up she gaines 140+ ad well that's fair so much counterplay seem's fair giving an adc 2 free IE's.
ACTIVE: Janna Airborne icon knocks back all nearby enemies, stunning them for 0.5 seconds and channels for 3 seconds, releasing soothing winds that heal nearby allies every half-second for while channeling.
