Underestimation of K/D/A

I see everywhere statements that kda is not that important in the game. But let's dissect this: Kills: killing an enemy laner/jungler means denying them gold, exp and let's you freely get ahead in terms of those, get free objectives, free roam to other lanes and help them or easy counterjungle. Deaths: The less you die the more you have gold and exp, you scale faster. Assists: same result as kills. Doesn't it mean that the better your K/D/A the possibility of winning gets higher on macro scale? What's your thoughts?
