New Fiora as a Mid Laner?

Would the new Fiora work as a mid laner? her new W is really good for blocking a key skill from mages, and since most mages are immobile it would be easier to hit their vitals. She has really good waveclear once she gets Tiamat too. Finally, her Q makes her super mobile which is useful for engaging, escaping and dodging skills. Build would go something like {{item:3074}} {{item:3071}} {{item:3031}} and then boots and 2 items depending on the situation. Cleaver's movespeed passive is really good because it makes procing vitals easier, especially on her R. Thoughts?
