As about the current items, I don’t think there have to be any major changes and I totally trust you guys for the minor ones. However, I think we need a 7th slot of items to be created in each player’s inventory (below the trinket slot) when a game reaches 60 minutes of duration. I mean, in cases when the two teams are in a deadlock, there have to be some ways that the teams break this deadlock, by some special items. These special finish-off-this-game-already items must be powerful in unique ways and my ideas about them are as following (names are of course subject to change, I didn’t pay much thinking on them):
-Reverse Rod of Ages (Blasting Wand + 2150 Gold): + 160 Ability Power, which wears off over the next 10 minutes. Cannot be sold and disappears after 10 minutes.
-Sword of Holy Might (B.F.Sword + 2200 Gold): +180 Attack Damage. Lost upon death.
-Soul Transfusion (Ruby Crystal + Long Sword + 1750 Gold): +250 Health, + 25 Attack Damage. UNIQUE Active: Create an illusion of yourself, which deals 75% of your damage and mimics your spells. Control it by holding Alt + mouse (220 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Shurima’s Revival (Giant Belt + Chain Vest +1300 Gold): + 450 health, + 55 Armor. UNIQUE Active: Replace one of your team’s fallen turrets, for a maximum duration of 3 minutes (Team Cooldown: 300 seconds).
-Relentless Bash (Caulfield’s Warhammer + 1100 Gold): +40 Attack Damage, + 10% Cooldown Reduction. UNIQUE Active: Target an enemy and throw him a hammer that deals 400 physical damage and stuns him for 2 seconds, reducing his Bonus Armor and Magic Resist by 40% for the duration (80 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Codex of Illumination (Fiendish Codex + 1200 Gold): +60 Ability Power, +10% Cooldown Reduction. UNIQUE Active: target an enemy and banish him from the game for 2.5 seconds, then he reappears at his previous location (80 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Messenger’s Wings (Zeal + Aether Wisp + 850 Gold): +30 Ability Power, +15% Attack Speed, + 10% Critical Strike Chance, +10% Movement Speed. UNIQUE Active: teleport to any point of the map within 7000 Range after channeling for 3 seconds (220 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Smoke Bomb: (Stinger + 1700 Gold): +35% Attack Speed, +10% Cooldown Reduction. UNIQUE Active: throw a smoke bomb onto a targeted enemy champion, dramatically reducing the sight of all enemies within a small area around him for 1.5 seconds (120 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Elixir of Rejuvenation (Fiendish Codex + 2100 Gold): +50 Ability Power, +10% Cooldown Reduction. UNIQUE Active: reset all of your champion’s spells’ cooldowns (300 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Sorcerer’s Finest (Seeker’s Armguard + 1800 Gold): +60 Ability Power, +45 Armor. UNIQUE Passive: Gives your Champion’s Ultimate Ability extra bonuses, which vary on each champion.
-Shurelya’s Protection (Aegis of the Legion + 1500 Gold): +45 Armor, +45 Magic Resist. UNIQUE Active: target an ally and shield him for +45 Armor and + 45 Magic Resist, while he remains within 1500 Range from you (90 seconds cooldown).
-Bane of the Immortals (Pickaxe + Blasting Wand + 800 Gold): +40 Attack Damage, +40 Ability Power. UNIQUE Active: target an invulnerable, or spell immune, or damage immune enemy. He takes 100 (+10% Bonus Attack Damage) True Damage per second for 3 seconds and is slowed by 40% (100 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Night’s Veil (Pickaxe + 1825 Gold): +45 Attack Damage. UNIQUE Active: enter a Camouflaged mode for 15 seconds. During the time you are unseen by enemies, gain a 15% Movement Speed Bonus. (120 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items).
-Wrath of the Almighty God (B.F. Sword + Needlessly Large Rod +1250 Gold): +75 Ability Power, +60 Attack Damage. UNIQUE Active: target an area and bombard it with a thunderstorm for 4 seconds. Each lightning deals 80 (+10% Bonus AD +10% AP) as magic damage in an area around it. (300 seconds cooldown, cannot be reduced by other items. Can be cast while dead).
-Vengeful Spirit (Recurve Bow + 2000 Gold): +40% Attack Speed. UNIQUE Passive: upon killing an enemy champion, gain +15% Attack Speed and +25 Attack Damage for 15 seconds (stacks up to 3 times).
