WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CHOOSE ASIAN VOICES IN EU SERVORS

why can we change all languages in almost every MOBA game ever and not League anymore ? I don't speak Japanese, nor Korean and I can't afford playing on these servors with my internet, but I love the voices ! I'm tired of French, Italian, German and English VO Several patches ago we could swap to Asian voices using softwares like LVOC for example and NOT ANYMORE ! Racism ? Riot programmers being lazy ? If you guys out there managed to get Japanese/ Korean VO working for an EUW account on THIS patch please let me know. thanks
