matchmaking isnt balanced

eh.... why do i have noob team like at least 85% of a time. seems when i perform better, i get worse and worse teammates. i still manage to carry like 60%+ of games, but if i lose lane - it is 95% defeat, while my teammates ussually fail bot and top and maybe even jungle, but i carry them most likely if at least one lane perform above average. i think players who performance sucx should matched with same loosers, so they can stike in bronze forever
