How to Riven in 2017?

Yo, 2 questions. 1st, if I buy the 280 order points border BEFORE getting the skin, will I still unlock it after I bought the skin? 2nd, I played Riven since her release back in Season 2 till maybe Season 4 / 5, then I got back to Irelia and Supports. I want to get back to her but I have NO idea how to build her now... I focus Q then E, and rush Deaths Dance. Regarding Masteries, I focus on dmg only I think... any tips? I feel week, and she needs WAY more skill in the early game than before since she can get bullied pretty easly if she does a small mistake in the early game. Thanks
