Losing a long Ranked game makes my brain explode

Losing a Ranked game over 45+ mins is just the worst for me. It literally drains my energy and makes me angry and tilted. After the match my heart is pumping like crazy and I just can't calm down because of the rage. How do I cope? I know its just a game but it has massive impact on my mental wellbeing.
