Players should only be allowed to play with premade players who are the same division as them.

Gold 5 Gold 4 Platinum 2 Platinum 1 Platinum 3 This is probably the most common team composition in Platinum 1 Promos. Getting players who arent even close on reaching Platinum should not be alowed to be matchmade with players who are aiming for higher divisions (read Platinum 1 in my case). Gold players should only be alowed to play with gold players, platinum with platinum, diamond with diamond + master etc. Seriously.
