Leblanc Chain Range (E) is just way too much

There is no way to escape from it once it hits. No flash + dash combined can get you out of this. I always thought that this range has become one of the frustrating parts of her kit from a counterplay perspective. I would not even mind her getting better Ratios on it and / or Base Damage if just the Range was lowered. Or that its broken if you cross terrain, like flashing over walls.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
