i am confused

what is about ranked i don't understand if i may ask, last season i was at bronze V climbed to bronze III then now played flex won 7 games to find myself again at bronze V, despite i am playing support role only and i am sure i am playing for long enough to play good with one champion even i play with more, so still the same question if i have mistakes or i am missing something with ranked i would be gladly listen to you guys
