is dravens late game damage underpowered even while fed?

I have had a hand full of games agaist a draven that had been fed early and mid game but yet we still won the game I use to play him alot so I decided to play him few days ago, I got mega fed 4 kills in roughly 10-15 minutes, I was still dealing tons of damage mid game i ended with 12 kills and 15 assis but when it came to late game even with all my gold from kills and passive my damage felt underwhelming, i lost that game and saw my damage metre was quite low. Also I find it harder to kill tanks then I do with any other top adc right now
