Vladimir unbalanced now?? nerfed? A bit look to new vladimir.......

I try a bit look to new vladimir and that i saw... looks its nerfed or just not balanced.... P: Bonus HP to AP factor increased to .04 from .025 Bonus AP to HP factor decreased to 1.0 from 1.4 Passive never got shiny balance its again or old experment.... Range , Cdr nerfed , increase skill cost , damage 30/40/50/60/70 (0.25% HP)(35% AP), 0/80/100/120/130 (10% HP)(70% AP) , old 60/85/110/135/160 (+45% Ability Power) i feel now its nerfed damage + old skill increase 25%dmg per stack (stack) + 8% increase heal done (max stack) they add slow in this skill but no point because it not combination with Rylai's Crystal Scepter + minions block another minion or champion so this skill becoming skill shoot. Now u can forget feeling how easily u can clear big waves fast or push , vladimir was one and only one champ who can fight vs champ+big wave using w(healing from big wave)+e easily clear wave +dmg to champ. Better remove slow and get random root its more effect in team fights give it ..... But visual update skill update looking nice.... R: One more skill who is nerfed increase skill cdr Duration 5 >>> 4s cdr is more lowest good think but... Damage amp 12% >>> 10% NEW: ssrly?? New: At the end of the duration, Hemoplague now heals Vladimir for 50% of its damage amount (75/125/175 +0.35 AP) for each enemy champion hit Old :After 5 seconds, infected enemies take 150/250/350 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage. You saw 100% that's is different, if u said they give heal from ultimate 50% of deal damage i said we had spellvamp +Spirit Visage +runes +masteries deal same healing from ultimate damage.... Base Health 543 >> 550 Health growth factor 85 >> 84 (base health + Health growth factor ) increase + Attack damage 48 >> 52 ( 48attack damage be enough ) Base armor 21.9 >> 23 Armor growth factor 3.5 >> 3.3 ( Base armor + Armor growth factor) increase+ Visual updates : Normal vlad: q third attack got visual update then u stack 3 attack some skin details becoming red, E skill biggest visual update. Look so nice.... Vandal vlad: particle same as normal Nosfaratu vlad: particle same as normal Count vlad : particle same as normal Marquis vlad: particle same as normal Academy vlad: particle same as normal Soulstealer vlad: Q skill not red just green , and then e looking u steal souls or sthm.... cool Blood Lord vlad: Q skil red but with blood lord skin effects , and E prrety cool... If they do more particle effects i ignore vladimir was nerfed :P I still play with vladimir because he looking similar to me he's egoist who healing only himself... And dont have mana...
