Bug with champ capsules?

Like my last five or so champion capsules I've got Kled (who I already had a shard for and don't have much interest in playing by the way). Today finally reach level 70 and from the "Glorious" champion capsule I get Diana (who I own) and... KLED. Honestly the probability of getting Kled so many times in a row is so miniscule that it makes me believe there must be some sort of bug. Either that or Riot/the universe really want me to become a Kled main for some reason. Anyone else get recurring champ like this shards?
