Help me to improve.

Hi guys, im 15 years old (bronze4) and im playing League for 2 years. In all this time i improved alot .I hope my problem is on CS . In early game i farm very well, but in late i focus only on kills. I need tips on how to lasthit / farm better. Other problem is the KDA , i know i have a very bad KDA bcs of my deaths, so i need tips on how to reduce my deaths (im greedy). I need tips on how to improve my gameplay. PLEASE WATCH AT EUW.OP.GG AND TELL ME ALL MISTAKES I MAKE AND HOW I CAN RESOLVE THEM (3-4 days ago i had pc problems so dont count the afk games).
