New support idea: Support / Fighter

Passive: 5 + 5 - 25% of all damage taken by this champion (based on level) heals up to three other champions. ( Only 50% Heal and Shield Power applies. ) This champion takes 15% more damage from attacks and 15% reduced damage from abilities. Q: Throw a spear to a location and mark it as your territory. All allies within this territory gain 10 - 30% of this champion's bonus stats and regenerates health twice as fast for the first 2 seconds in the territory. When in Territory, attacks become ranged. W: Shield an ally for 7 seconds. The ally gains + 10/15/20/25/30% damage reduction and reflects 5 ( 10% of ally champion's AD and 15% of this champion's armor ) magic damage back to the attacker. This can be used on allied units and pets. ( i.e. Tibbers, Daisy, Hextech Turret, Maiden of the Mist, Rift Harald, etc. ) E: ( Passive ) Gain 20/25/30/35/40% bonus attack speed and 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% adaptive power on-hit. Deal quadruple the adaptive power on full health targets. This bonus is not shared by R. Gain 5/10/15/20/25% bonus Tenacity. R: Cooldown: 300 / 250 / 200 sec. Suppress yourself for 5 seconds, during this time; allies gain all the effects of your abilities and items at once, and 30% movement speed towards enemy champions. You also want to deal massive on-hit damage, however you're only ranged within your Q.
