Garen: Rework Idea (Improved based on feedback)

Passive - Courage: Upon killing a unit Garen gains 0.2 bonus armour and magic resist, this bonus is doubled upon killing a champion. (100 cs = 20 armour and magic resist) Q - Eviscerate: 13/12/11/10/9 Range: 325 Garen slashes in a wide arc infront of him, enemies hit by Eviscerate take 60/90/120/150/180(+110-130% total AD) physical damage and are slown by 15% for 2 seconds. W - Fortitude: 24s Garen gains a defensive barrier which reduces incoming damage by 25% for 5 seconds. Garen can also block ONE form of CC within 1.5 seconds of activation, doing so grants him an extra 40% movement speed bonus while moving towards ENEMY CHAMPIONS which decays over 3 seconds. E - Judgment: 10s Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds. For the duration, Garen cannot basic attack, is ghosted and deals 14-48(based on level)(+35% of total AD) physical damage per spin. He spins 5/6/7/8/9 times through-out the duration. * Garen deals 25% increased damage with Judgment to targets that are the only one caught in Judgment. R - Sacred Sword: 140/120/100s Range: 550 (375 zone AoE) Garen launches down a giant sword from the sky which implants itself in the ground dealing (200/300/400) (+60% bonus AD) physical damage, once it has landed the sword creates "Sacred Ground" for 4 seconds. - "Sacred Ground" scorches enemies who stand on it for 2%/3%/4% of their max health per second as magic damage and slows them by 30%. - If an ENEMY CHAMPION was killed by "Sacred Sword" the "Sacred Ground" will instead explode immediately dealing 10/14/18% of the enemies maximum health as magic damage. This was the old discussion for reference: http://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-en/3Eh3uyyy-garen-rework-idea-sort-of-like-what-they-did-with-old-gangplank Things I changed: Q: The other Q was way too strong and people didn't seem to like the idea of him having a form of hard CC coupled with a dash, so I took that on board and scrapped it, now it's just a pure damage skill with a minor slow. W: Damage reduction was fine, but I upped it to 25% added a spellshield component to it for 1.5s, should he successfully block a form of CC with it, he will be rewarded with a 40% decaying movespeed bonus towards enemy champions only. I also increased the cooldown by 2 seconds. Since Garens rush CDR mainly. E: the same, removed the movespeed bonus I gave it. R: Lowered the range substantially, increased the zone AoE range (Sacred Ground) also, now when Garen gets a kill with the Sacred sword, the Sacred ground will detonate immediately dealing % max health as magic damage. Thoughts on the new idea?
