Arcum, the Mechanical Marksman Role: Marksman/ADC Passive (Blazing Guns): Every 5th basic attack Arcum does aginst an enemy champion he deals 8% of the targets health as true damage. Q (Grenade Throw): Arcum throws a grenade at a target location deal damage to all nearby enemies and removing 25% of their Armor for 3 seconds. Adds a stack of Thrill to yourself for 3 seconds. W (Locked & Loaded): Arcum gains 30% extra Attack Speed and 20% extra Movement Speed for 4 seconds. If under the effect of Thrill, also reduces the cooldowns of your abilities by 4 seconds. E (Rocket Shot): Arcum shoots a rocket forward dealing damage to all enemies hit and removing 25% of their Magic Resistance for 3 seconds. If under the effect of Thrill, remove 45% of their Magic Resistance instread. R (Mechanical Overload): Arcum gains 20% extra Magic Penetration and Armor Penetration for 4 seconds and refreshes 8 seconds of all of her cooldowns. If under the effect of Thrill, also gain 15% extra Movement Speed for the duration.
