Option to get the sigh stone reward earlier for 350 gold. (patch 8.2 support changes)

Merging the {{item:2049}} into {{item:3096}} / {{item:3097}} / {{item:3098}} reduces the early game choices that supports had. What previously was a choice between {{item:2049}} and the upgraded support item is no longer a choice. Other problem is the active and passive bonuses of support items which are both gone. The upgrade would cost 350 gold and the only difference would be the quest gold requirement, which would be decreased from 500 gold to 250 gold.
