gradually low fps

Hi guys, I am clueless how to solve FPS issue in LOL and i assume other games as well, only registered the same problem in HOTS. After playing other game (rimworld) and switching to LOL, i have FPS drop from usual 200+ to 80 and 40-30 after each game. The problem is fixed after restarting PC. I checked performance in task manager and haven't noticed any memory spikes (50% usage), maybe CPU spike after tabbing out, but only once, everything was stable otherwise. I updated my graphic card, windows 64x to 1903 build, tried V Sync on/off. Tried disabling G-Sync by HOTS- didn't help. EDIT: also tried lowering graphics, just to eliminate this possibility, didn't help Can anyone help me please?
