2x Drop hacks = 20 minute que timer

This needs fixing, how is it possible that some one can drop hack your game, you DC and only RC when you change your ip address. This enemy Jinx was scripting obviously and drop hacked me cause she seen my KDA so i get punished by losing elo and i also get punished from Riot for being AFK, how is that fair?
