E-mail verification problem (can't play)

Dear Support, I've recently made an account and was able to play straight away! When I logged back into my account, the client asked me to get my email verification in order. I've been waiting around half an hour, after prompting to send me a mail, and later clicked on re send the mail. Now I've also tried clicking on the verification option through the website. Is there something I forgot to do before I'm able to receive the e-mail? Thanks in advance! {{sticker:garen-swing}}
