Forum Profile Not Updating Level

So the forums won´t let me post until I´m level 10 or higher, and I can´t reply to posts until I´m level 7 or higher. I´m above these levels in game, but my Forum Profile still hasn´t updated yet. I heard that if you create a discussion that it updates it, so lets see if it works. :) _Update: Now that I posted this, I hover over my profile and it shows that I´m level 10, however it still won´t let me post or respond to posts. Weird._
