Reconnect Screen after Champion Select

**PROBLEM STILL OCCURS IN 17751 (31/8/18 update)** **CHECK REPLY FROM RADKUS TO HELP THEM FIX THE PROBLEM** Before you suggest I use your "**connection troubleshooting or guide**", I already did so please give an original answer... I am using **Windows Insider Build 17751 ** Software and Hardware is all updated Connection is fine (93/100 from the lol thing) I have not only repaired league twice but also re-installed it Completely (deleted any leftover that there were left) Any suggestions from people using Windows Insider? or with stable builds Anything would help I really wanna play league Edit: 3 Updates after error still occurs
