Account locked for contacting Riot Support

Hello everyone, A few days ago I wanted to know something that was written in the chat in one of my games, so logically I contacted Riot games support, which directly transferred me to Blitz bot, then I hit that "REQUEST A HUMAN" button and the first human who took a look at me locked my account based on "suspicious activity" without explaining to me what this "suspicious activity" stands for. Then they asked me to provide another e-mail, I did, they told me that that e-mail could not be used(Associated with a league account(it is not anymore, hasn't been for a while)) I provided another e-mail. This has been going on for 2 days already. I responded in like 50 mins after their answer and they make me wait 24 hours between each response... Has anyone had the same situation?
