[Resolved] EUNE Login Issues - 10-05-16

Hi Everyone, As you are unfortunately aware, we are experiencing further issues with EUNE logins in this morning. Right now the root cause seems to be a problematic load balancer for the login queue which we're troubleshooting right now. We're very aware of the frustration and issues we've encountered, particularly in EUNE recently. I can only apologise for the multiple issues we've experienced - while stemming from different root causes and reasons, the end result is the same: A crappy game experience for you, and a failure to enable the awesome gaming experience we want for you guys. We're continuing to triage this current issue and will post updates as they are available - once again my apologies for the numerous issues we've had recently, and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.
