Fps suddenly stuck at 60

I always had 150 fps + even with medium-high settings and there was this latest league update also a windows 10 update and I didn't played for like a few days and now my fps wont go higher than 60 even on very low settings. I checked the settings, vsync off, all set on performance,idk really, what could be the issue ?{{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}}
