I have this strange and increasingly annoying problem with League of Legends just freezing randomly while in-game. The strange thing is it happened on my previous computer as well! The game doesn't bugsplat, it just freezes (I can still hear sound). I have to alt+tab and go to Task manager (where it says Not responding next to League of legends.exe) and kill the process, then reconnect. Every other game works just fine, never have they frozen etc.
Intel Core i7-8700K
Asus ROG Strix Z370-F
2x8GB G.Skill DDR4 3200MHz
GF 1070 (this was in my previous computer as well)
Samsung 960 EVO 500GB
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
What I have done:
- Reinstall Windows (obviously, since my computer changed)
- Repair the client
- Use Hextech Repair Tool (is there a way to submit LoL Logs.zip?)
The strange thing really is that this happened on my previous build - the exact same problem, random freezing and having to kill the game from Task manager. None of my friends seem to suffer from this.
Edit: This happened already back in patch 7.xx
