Greetings. This is a secondary username simply so I can post on the boards. Still awaiting some communication from a RED only had automated emails which don't fill me with any confidence that you are in fact dealing with my lost account. Several games have been played on the account since I lost access. I wonder what else I have lost access to? my billing information? my home address? other personal data? Where's the sense of customer service? I've played this game since season 1 and have paid for several things on that account. I expect better.
