High ping.

So i have tried to play LoL for like 4 weeks now with the new laptop, i have a relatively high download speed and the same goes for the upload speed, but i somehow have 200-300 ping, is there any way to fix ping, or a way to improve the gameplay so i don't have to see my champ teleport constantly?
