After 7.14 my loading screen is weird

Hey so I downloaded patch 7.14 this morning and tried a game but my loading screen, the one after champ select, it's like *all black* with just summoners' names and champions' names in it (right where they are supposed to be), all black but just the names. It works, not saying anything about that, and I mean I get into the game regularly, but the loading screen is everytime black and it never "loads". Anyone knows how to fix it?
