Permanent suspension

Hey, I got permanently suspended, and no information has been sent to my email (LoL client told me I should check my mail for info). but I see none. So I contacted Riot Support to see why I got banned. Another question: If my brother scripts and gets caught, does he get IP banned, so that I also get banned?
