Refund

So the thing is that my brother used my card to buy RP without permission, i contacted RIOT to ask for a refund. Latest answer from RIOT: Dear BanterZed, I am unable to put the account back to the state it was before the purchase. If I refund this transaction to you, I will also have to ban the account, until the negative balance of 10 EUR is paid back. If knowing this, you still want to continue with the refund, please reply to this ticket and I shall issue it. Kind Regards, Riot Arwyll I replied to Riot Arwyll in the email and to the link he gave me (ticket link) that I AGREE, but RIOT hasn't contacted me for days.
