Vand the Bilgewater Aquanist (Champion Concept)

Vand the Bilgewater Aquanist Lore: Vand was thrown in the sea when he was just a child because his parents didn't want him. Underwater Vand realized that he could breathe perfectly normal underwater. He also learned to speak with animals under the water before a normal child could speak. He studied how everything worked under the sea and how to control the tides. The one day he came up to the surface and entered Bilgewater, the city where he was born. The first people Vand saw were his parents. He caused water to come out of the cobblestone on the ground and then water grabbed his parents and swallowed them before returning to the earth. He became a scientist that helped the world get a grip of the water changes and how the water itself worked. Nobody dared to interfere since everybody in Bilgewater saw how he handled his parents. Only one dared, a messenger from the Fields of Justice came to recruit him into the League of Legends and he said yes.
