i think zed need rework because i dont think full tank Galio,Maokai or Tahm Kench should do more DMG than zed,I mean he is a champion ho goes in,his combo is quick,but why do that when you can play something with more HP and DMG then zed,and now Talon is just a better champion then zed,and on top of that he is a risky champion,but get almost nothing from his ult,i mean looka at the pyke ult or kata when she get a kill-zed get 10 ad almost nothing my idea was after killing champion with his ult the cooldown by 25% or 50% im open for new ideas(im not zed main btw)
