Tamm the River King
****Passive 1 (Flow of the River): When Tamm walks, he creates a watery path that restores allies Mana over time. Additionally, all allies walk 15% faster while in the river on Summoner's Rift.
Passive 2 (Solid Body): When Tamm reaches 20% Health, he increases his Armor by 10 every second for 5 seconds.
Passive 3 (Everything Has It's Price!): Tamm deals damage over time to nearby crowd controlled enemies. If he does this on charmed enemies, it also slows nearby enemies.****
**Q (Luring Bite): Tamm bites all enemies in a wide line in front of him dealing damage and marking all enemy champions and monsters. After 3 seconds, the mark is deleted and all marked targets walk towards Tamm for 2 seconds. Marked targets are also slowed while the mark is still active. Takes 1 second to wind up.** (Cooldown: 8s) (Mana Cost: 65/75/80/90/100) (Damage (AD): 65/75/85/95/120)
**W (Jump & Splash): Tamm jumps up in the air and then falls down on a location marked with a blue circle. It deals damage to nearby enemies when he jumps up. And when he falls down, it stuns for 1 second and deals damage. If he lands on slowed targets, it deals bonus magic damage.** (Cooldown: 10s) (Mana Cost: 70/80/90/95/120) (Damage (AD/AP): 50/60/75/85/100)
**E (Overwhelming Fear): Tamm roars, slowing and fearing all enemies around him for 1.5 seconds. If used on charmed targets, also deals bonus magic damage. (Cooldown: 5s) (Mana Cost: 50/60/65/75/90) (Damage (AP):
R (Under My Control!): Tamm causes all nearby enemies to fight eachother for 3 seconds. If someone dies, their dead bodies are on your team for 15 seconds. When the first effect ends, it deals damage to all enemies hit and refreshes all of Tamm's cooldowns by 2 seconds.** (Cooldown: 100) (Mana Cost: 100/125/175) (Damage (AP): 150/230/320)
