How to feel like a better person

Don't play League. I haven't played League for some time now, and even when I played, it was like 1 TB game in a day. I noticed that over that period I... felt better. My trust in general human intelligence reappeared, the fear of being being screwed (not literally) by a random stranger went down, and since I've had various successes in solo games that I play, I started feeling fairly optimistic. I feel very sad that I decided to try a ranked game today again. Now it will probably take me some time to recover again. Guess it's time to drop League completely. I may still watch scarra sometimes or take a look at Worlds, but I don't think I want to keep feeling the same way I do now, so I'm uninstalling for my own benefit. Am I alone in this? Anyone else had similar thoughts?
