Unable to earn Loot because behaviour ?

Hello everyone , I recently had a 3 game chat restriction after getting a bit warmed up with someone while in a match . Now , in the end of every match , it says i can't earn any loot do to previous behaviour suspention . All i would like to know is if this is perma or if i will be able to earn loot in the future again , thank you : )
