Unskilled Player-reports

In the recent Armor vs Ap thread, I saw a lot of confusion as to what the Unskilled Report option actually does. I'm not gonna make half a dozen replies with the same point, so I might as well write it here. [Lyte said](http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/01/red-post-collection-underworld-poro.html#1): > Unskilled Player reports are used to inform matchmaking updates, but do not directly affect player accounts. For example, if a player is constantly getting Unskilled Player reports then our matchmaking system has wildly misplaced the player, so we can analyze those situations to figure out an improvement to the system. However, players are never banned or penalized for being unskilled. [Older source](http://www.surrenderat20.net/2013/01/lyte-talks-tribunal.html): > We never want to ban a player for Unskilled Play because that makes no sense--everyone has bad games once in awhile, and League of Legends is for every player regardless of them being 500 Elo or 2000 Elo. If a player gets a lot of Unskilled Player reports (above the norm), then we need to figure out what went wrong in the matchmaking that the player got put into the wrong bracket and improve that. It's not a placebo report, it doesn't preclude you from being matched with that player, it's not going to do anything to that player, it's not a report that Riot doesn't care about... It's a report option that Riot uses to make the game better, specifically the matchmaking.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
