Banned without riot showing me evidence

Hi, All, I got banned for using '3rd party program's ' however riot games support team said that they are unable to find reasons for such a ban since they haven't manged to find me using any programs to cheat. I can confirm myself that I wasn't using any programs, I'm barely in silver division yet riot games banned me and are refusing to un ban. Also that's my only account and I have many skins and champs on it which I paid for, so I think riot games should make sure they act fairly against innocent players instead of banning them and being unable to give them any proof of their wrong doing. What should I do to get it back? any thought? much appreciated
