No disruption in 3 years, gets 14d banned for saying n-word

Seriously, who thought banning people for being rude in chat was a good idea? I didn't even insult him directly, it was just a bit of banter in the chat and get 14 day banned because two people who also bantered with me reported me. GG WP Btw: why does a ban reset the whole honor level instead of deranking to two levels, if a chat restriction lowers it by one?
