Pointing out someones elo is toxic?

Is this community really that sensitive? Had a game with velkoz support that kept feeding and flaming our midlaner(mid didnt wanna swap roles in champ select), after our midlaner muted him he proceeded to flame the jungler and then me. I informed him that he should shut the f up because hes a 43% winrate hardstuck g5 and then he and his premade said they will rep me. Didnt get my chat restrict yet tho. Why would you make everyones elo public if its toxic to tell someone "you are x elo". How is it toxic to call a gold 5 player gold 5?????
