I Found The Best Way To Win

The last couple of games I played were mostly wins , all because of one thing , the team was friendly and no one was flaming, if someone died , the whole team would help out , and if someone starts getting tilted , the whole team would try to support them , so why don't we all just be friendly instead of toxic ?
