I've had him smash his hand into the keyboard, loudly moan, typing furiously (though his chat isn't anything ban-worthy, just like "why do you do this and that?" and "don't chase" and such things. I want to kindly tell my friend that he is tilting, and should probably take a break, but I don't want to hurt his feelings even more. I've told him before just straight up that he's tilting, but we seem to have a disagreement on what tilt means.
To me, tilting is when you do something ingame that you don't know why. Basically, when your thoughts are focused on something else than the game, or you just play on autopilot.
To him, tilting is when you flame and throw games on purpose.
Who is right in this situation? What is tilt?
