Breaking the meta potentially punishable

Say I want to play top lane and shove it nonstop. This will likely upset my team, because I wont be taking part in their skirmishes. However I have won this way with champions like Tryndamere and Heimerdinger. Is this bannable? I have listed other non-meta situations that I think might get me banned (imo unjustly so). Say I want to go double jungle and my fellow jungler disagrees, am I eligible for a ban? Say I want to do a 3-man bot lane, but the other two seem to disagree. Ban? Say I don't feel like playing jungle and skip it altogether for a double top, bannable? I cant imagine a situation where I don't get reported for these.. Are we all just meta slaves?

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
